Helpful information
This practice is Covid-19 aware and cleaning and other hygiene methods are strictly observed as recommend by health authorities. Clients attending for face to face sessions will be required to use hand sanitizer when entering the premises. Please advise the therapist (by phone or email) if you have any cold or flu like symptoms, or have been in recent contact with someone who has tested positive for Covid-19 virus.
Fees and general information:
This practice has a Client- Centered approach and a therapy plan will be developed with you to achieve your goals. The intake session takes longer as assessment questions are a vital part in developing the treatment plan with you to achieve your goals.
How many sessions will it take?
For a few selective conditions 1 session may be sufficient, however a follow up session is always recommended to reinforce the effects of the first session and to evaluate your progress. As a general rule and depending on the issue, for complex issues 3 to 6 sessions may be needed for best results.

HYPNOTHERAPY:
$170 1st session, includes full assessment (90 + mins)
$110 Subsequent sessions (60 mins)
Quit Smoking Program - $380 - two-hour session. + follow up session for stress management.
Specialized Weight Management Program - 4 sessions $480 - includes weekly email coaching.
(All Packages & Specialized Programs to be paid in full at the first session)
Fees may be paid using credit card, bank transfer, or EFTPOS
COUNSELLING & PSYCHOTHERAPY:
Medicare Rebates may be available with a GP Mental Health Treatment Plan.
Non-Medicare Sessions:
$125 per session
